photo 35ROAD BOND is an environmentally safe, advanced powerful polymer emulsion that produces highly effective dust control, erosion control and soil stabilization. Road Bond provides superior bonding, cohesion and versatility. Uses include, but are not limited to: dirt roads, road shoulders, unpaved paths, construction sites, outdoor production facilities, drilling and mining sites, hardstands and other soil areas where dust control is needed, landing pads, parking ramps, runways, taxiways and parking aprons.

ROAD BOND polymer emulsion is a powerful, high-tech bonding agent specifically engineered to bond soil particles together. A non-hazardous, water-soluble product, Road Bond polymer contains no harmful chemicals, will not adversely affect people, animals or aquatic life, and even though it has incredible strength, it is environmentally clean. So it can be applied with confidence to even the most environmentally sensitive areas, such as wetland buffer zones.

ROAD BOND helps preserves a soil surface’s integrity, keeping dust intact and on the ground while promoting natural soil compaction. The result is less natural erosion from wind and rain and less soil pollution in waterways and populated areas.

ROAD BOND is environmentally safe, non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-flammable and does not pollute groundwater.

ROAD BOND has a cumulative effect and creates a stabilized surface which will resist shifting, breaking up or sink failures.

ROAD BOND increases load-bearing strength of all types of soils and surfaces. It prevents water from seeping into and destabilizing the surface.

ROAD BOND dries clear, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Road Bond is a liquid concentrate that is diluted with water. Dilution rates vary depending on application and performance needs. Product is easily applied using anything that is capable of spraying water ranging from small agricultural sprayers to pressurized water truck and hydoseeding equipment.

  *Direct contact of product with eyes can cause irritation.

  IV. EMERGENCY and FIRST AID PROCEDURES

  Eyes Flush immediately with water for 15 minutes. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
  Skin Wash affected area with soap and water. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
  Inhaled Remove subject to fresh air.
  Fire Product is non-flammablein the liquid state. Use water spray, foam, dry chemical dioxide on dried product.
  Spill Collect and remove using inert absorbent. Contain spill entering sewers. Notify appropriate agencies.

  VI. PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT

  Eyes Wear chemical safety goggles to reduce the potential for eye contact. Eye wash should be available.
  Skin Use impermeable chemical gloves and wear appropriate protective clothing. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
  Respiratory Respiratory protection is not normally required. Use NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator conditions warrant.
  Ventilation Standard industrial ventilation is recommended.

Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazard Personnel exposed to products of combustion should contained breathing apparatus and full protective equipment. Containers exposed in a fire should be cooled with prevent vapor pressure buildup leading to a rupture.

  Small Spills Should be contained using absorbent material, such as clay, soil and any commercially available absorbent. Shovel reclaimed liquid and absorbent into recovery or salvage for disposal.
  Large Spills Should be diked to prevent further movement and reclaim into recovery or salvage disposal.
  Disposal This product does not meet the definition of hazardous waste under the U.S. EPA Hazardous Waste Regulations 40 CFR 261. Consult your state or local authorities disposal in the event more restrictive requirements apply.
