DSC00803Ligno Magno Custom Blend is a specifically formulated blend of both our Ligno Road Binder and Magnesium Chloride Dust Devil. Both products work well to control the dust, but additionally, when they are combined they form an excellent dust abatement solution.

Magnesium Chloride works by drawing moisture from the air to the gravel or dirt roadway, while Ligno Road Binder works by gluing the gravel and fine particles on the roadway together. By combining both products at a maximum effective ratio this increases their individual strengths and lengthens the time the product will continue to work together.

Ligno Magno Custom Blend can be used on all dirt and gravel surfaces. This product is an excellent choice for all unpaved roadways, driveways, parking areas, hauls roads, mines, orchards, airfields and construction sites.

Ligno Magno can be used on many soil types and will provide longer lasting road stabilization. The application will provide safer roadways with fewer potholes and wash boarding. Ligno Magno Blend will reduce the dust and you will be breathing cleaner dust free air.

Eyes — May cause irritation.

  IV. HEALTH HAZARD DATA / FIRST AID MEASURES

  Inhalation If symptoms develop move victim to fresh air. If symptoms persist, obtain medical attention.
  Skin Contact Flush with cool water. Wash with soap and water. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
  Eye Contact Flush with cool water. Remove contact lenses, if applicable, and continue flushing. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
  Ingestion Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water, then drink one or two glasses of water. Obtain
medical attention. Never give anything by mouth if victim is unconscious.
  Toxicity LD50, Toxicological studies on lignosulfonates indicate that they are non toxic. During rat tests to determine toxicity where lignosulfonates were administered orally, no deaths were produced.
In the literature, LD50 for lignosulfonates has been reported to be 20,000 mg/kg body weight by ingestion. Materials with LD50 values of 5,000 mg/kg of body weight and greater are considered to be non-toxic.

  Spill Response: Dam Spill, Retrieve Liquid Where Possible , Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas. Flush with water.
  Waste Disposal Methods: Small spills may be absorbed with non-reactive absorbent and placed in suitable, covered, labelled containers. Finish cleaning by spreading water on the affected surface and dispose of according to local and regional authority requirements.

PRODUCT USES: Magnesium Chloride dust control agent is used for the suppression and control of dust associated with dirt roads, construction sites, unpaved parking lots, mines, and gravel quarries.

CHARACTERISTICS: Magnesium Chloride is a highly concentrated magnesium chloride brine. It is a dense, clear liquid weighing approximately eleven (11) pounds per gallon. The density and chemical composition of the brine may vary slightly with seasonal weather fluctuations that affect solar evaporation.
